Dr. Rawls discourages people from using these regularly because they can disrupt the gut biome so much. Most others seem to be big fans. I'm curious to hear from more people!

if its a closed water system it will be fine. it helped take a layer of candida out and metal load down . my specialist would add ozone for to sterilize or baking soda as needed . if you're too scared start with some coffee enemas for glutithione kicks ...
