Most people tolerate it well. Are you having an issue with it? What form and dosage are you using?

I would wait until you get back to baseline and then start over. I would start with JK by itself first. Start with 2 drops and see how you do.

Before you start back, try a taste test of each herb - 1 drop on the tongue and gauge your body’s response to each one. It can give you an idea of which of the two you are sensitive to.

You had increased pain? Joint pain or other pain? Are these the only things you started at the time you got worse?

Do you have or suspect you have MCAS? MCAS can cause people to react to pretty much anything. If you have reactions to food or vitamins or hot/cold temps, etc, that can be a sign of MCAS.

Sorry you are having a hard time. I was very sensitive, too, especially in the beginning of treatment. I also had mold toxicity and chemical sensitivities really bad.
