I couldn't use the epsom salts I had bad side effects from them it affected my electrolytes -there is a condition called hypomagnesemia. I started out using just one third of all the ingredients to test the water and that was a good idea for me because I felt like I was lapsing into some weird coma the first time and it was the epsom salts..

You can substitute b3 it probably doesn't work as well but I had no issues doing it that way.
Since then I adapted things to suit me I don't take the L-orthinine either these days I dont need it there is no difference one way or the other when I do take it. But as far as doing liver flushes go, that was a great idea after 8 flushes my health picked up a lot.
omg exactly a coma lol I took 500 of magnesium and felt.if I was too numb much like the epsom salt since that has magnesium in it. L-ornithine is basically like l-arginine which idk if I can take because I heard it can cause outbreaks in cold sores, epstein-barr virus shingles etc.reactivation as all of these virus need arginine and l- ornithine to replicate
