I’ve been on lipsomal glutathione and cucurmin and I see no change in my swaying.
These things don’t kill the infection.
Glutathione is needed for the body to remove toxins. Many with infections or toxic mold exposure have depleted glutathione levels. Those with gliotoxin can be hit especially hard, as that toxin impaires the body’s ability to produce glutathione.
People with Lyme/co and/or mold have problems with toxins. Toxins can cause swaying and balance issues. If those symptoms are being caused by toxins in your case, you will need to do more than kill pathogens. You have to remove the toxins they produce. Glutathione will help to push the toxins out of hiding, but you need binders to help get them out of your body via stool. Toxins can get recirculated in the hepatic loop. That’s where binders help. Binders include things like charcoal. zeolite, bentonite clay, modified citrus pectin, chlorella, and the prescript
ion bile sequestrants Welchol and Cholestyramine.
TUDCA is not a binder in that sense, but it affects bile and has worked well to relieve symptoms for me.
