I hope you’re doing better.
One thing I notice that is if I don’t do a walk everyday I tend to get a mild headache and feeling off, and accumulates the more days I don’t.
I think it has to do with the lymph (detox) system becoming stagnant as it needs movement in order to circulate.
I have also read that lack of exercise reduces immune system function.
Lately with cold temps adverse weather can mean missing exercise days.
I thinking now outdoor exercise can be critical to forward improvement.
However haven’t much last two weeks because of cold temps and noticed steadily decrease in wellbeing.
I usually walk 1.5 miles minimum per day.
I am now trying to commit to twice per day although not always convenient.
I don’t consider indoor exercise as being as helpful because of indoor chemicals, stagnant air, low sunlight etc.
I am even more committed to walking outside everyday now starting yesterday regardless of cold temps now because I thing is is critical to my forward improvement. A face mask or scarf actually really helps me for staying warm and protecting lungs from cold so I recommend that as well.
Anyway hope felling better and wanted to mention exercise as something to consider to prevent backsliding and keeping moving forward.
