Hi all,
I am not dead! Sorry fir not returning sooner..thought I’d give you all an update. I was supposed to do the lumbar puncture today but chickened out. I decided it’s definitely Lyme and co’s presenting as a massive scary relapse. I decided it can’t be Gullian barre or cidp because my pain moves all over the place which is much more Lyme-like. I decided not to subject myself to such an invasive procedure.
I do think I am moving in the right direction.. I am slightly better! I have less neuropathy now and more muscle , joint and bone pain. I’m still dealing with on/off tachycardia. My resting HR is always bw 90 and 110 now, which is scary. Then I have times where it’s shooting much higher.I have not yet gone back on any antimicrobials, but have been taking NAC, quercetin, curcumin, vit c, ALA, CBD oil w small thc (huge help for nerve pain and may be healing the damage??), eating tons of salt for the POTS/tachycardia and trying to up my water.
I am MUCH worse during the night while attempting to sleep. Joints lock up, parts go numb, etc..again ... very Lyme like..

Tks. I hope so. Now I need a new LLMD. It is not easy in nyc... impossible to find someone competent. Choices are : drs who only prescribe abx and offer zero other help OR the integrative/functional drs here attempt to use both herbs and abx but aren’t really versed in the herbs. I would love to find a great herbalist locally.

What are these videos of Tucker Carlson on Fox News doing on the Lyme forum? So much for not bringing politics here anymore.

Girlie yes, but I’d really rather see someone in person.

I am having a bad relapse from the shot as well. It didn’t start until a few weeks after the second. How are you feeling now? I really don’t know what to do. I’ve just heard wait it out but I’m scared this is permanent. I was so much better before the vaccine. I had Pfizer and wish I didn’t take it.

Sorry to hear that Sunflrs. I don't think cherylfelice visits the forum very often. What kinds of symptoms are you experiencing? are you currently treating Lyme etc.?
