I'm considering doing the ERMI test. It would be good to know if it's in the house, so I haven't ruled the test out.
I recently read that Cholestyramine doesn't do anything for Aflatoxin G1, but it can work on some other forms of mold. So, when I was taking it, it may not have done much for the Aflatoxin G1, but it may have helped whatever moderate mold issues I had. I can't find that paperwork, so I can't confirm what it was that came back moderate two years ago. I also read that Black Charcoal can help Aflatoxin G1.
I still have to meet with my doc to review the findings. Hopefully, she'll have some answers for me as well as a plan of some kind. I'm making a nice list to take to the doc with me, which will include what I'm learning here. Thank you.

Are you saying you think the mold is in my house, urine tests are no good, and nothing will help my health other than moving? Sounds horrible.
No, not at all. I’m saying that without doing an ERMI test on your current home that you have no way to verify you are not being exposed there.
The thing is, you recently retested mycotoxins, and you still have them, even though you treated in the past with Cholestyramine without any benefit. That raises the suspicion that you have current exposure somewhere.
