it is very powerful almost corrosive stuff - many essential oils are - even lemon oil will burn your skin.
when i looked into this it seems v rare to get actual pure oregano essential oil for food use - its usually diluted in some way in a carrier oil - even so its still super strong and a drop or two and a cracker can still be hard on the digestive tract.
i have seen the LLMD's that use it favour a liposomal form - and i think the main advantage here is that the systemic absorption is much higher so the dose consumed can be lower - and it is therefore easier on the digestive tract. 75mg 2x a day i seem to remember was the liposomal dose - i think marty ross lists it on his "treats Bart page" that i posted a link to before
what, so oregano oil is used to treat bart too?!
