Yes, I know you can't technically shake the parasite loose. I'm not looking to shake the literal parasite loose but the nests that the Babesia sequesters. They're very specific nests made with fibrin. The point would be to shake off the nests that are stuck to various aerobic parts of the vascular system. If you don't know about
Babesia sequestration then I suggest you read about
it. It's an important part of filling eliminating Babesia. Also, the only way to get Babesia out of the red blood cells is to lyse the red blood cells.
Also, exercise is good for other things, but I can't exercise right now. That will only make things worse.I'm guessing NAC for biofilms? Sweating it out is best for babs trust me. cryptolepis is used as an anti parasitic
