Help! Can oregano cause herxing?

Yes you can herx on Oregano as it is an antibacterial, antifungal and perhaps a persister cell killer. First few days I took it I felt like I had a bag over my head but it slowly went away. Everyone is different based upon the total bacterial load and what you are fighting.
