I've been reading through this thread and am now seriously considering DNRS or Gupta..
Do you both (Solaris and Saraeli) still have good results so far? For me, I'm tired of spending money on stuff that doesn't ever really help, although I think I read that these programs offer a money back guarantee.
I still have headaches, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues etc. most of the time. Are these symptoms that have gotten better for either of you during the training?
I’ve been doing the Gupta program exercises for about
5 solid weeks now (doing it usually 5 days a week, weekends my compliance gets dicey) and doing 15 mins a day. I’d like to get it up to a half hour eventually but it’s tough. This week I think I’m really starting to see some gains from it in the form of decreased anxiety so I’m hopeful that this will continue and lead to a decrease in the Pots symptoms, improved exercise tolerance etc. My fatigue has improved this week too, I’ve noticed I haven’t need to take my usual 15-30min power naps when I get home from work.
Saraeli has said Limbic system retraining has helped her more than anything else she’s tried and she made very quick rapid progress (I’m sure she’s posted it in this thread, if not you can search the forum for DNRS and you’ll likely find many of her posts). She’ll prob post in here again soon!
I am going to commit to it for the 6 months like Gupta recommends and try to get myself up to 30mins a day instead of 15. They both recommend an hour, if you can do that more power to you!
Your symptom pattern that you describe, if caused by limbic system dysfunction, can certainly see big improvements by doing one of these. It’s not a guarantee, but 300 bucks (with the discount) gives you a year access to Gupta to give it a shot and it won’t hurt you and is risk free other than the cost. Just have to give it an honest effort if you go through with it and be patient since creating new nerve pathways can take time. I did notice an increase in anxiety during weeks 2-3 which I took as a good sign and which people like Annie Hopper say is common and a positive sign because your brain/limbic system is reacting to a change in the way it has been used to functioning.
