Diet has helped me recover as much as anything else has - even abx - so i would encourage you to try ketogenic whole food approach if you haven't already - my partner started running within 1 week of starting a ketogenic diet - was too fatigued to walk far before that and had huge swollen tummy every time she ate.
its not as intimidating as it sounds - and i can honestly say i have never eaten better.
bart absolutely causes IBS like symptoms - bloating, discomfort, acid reflux etc etc - Dr Burrascano's guidelines and others emphasis this - both my partner and i had this. keto diet helped dramatically. no more bloating.
lyme, bart, and all these infections can be relapsing in nature - weeks or months or even years between flares - often driven by some kind of stress or life event. The seasonal thing is a little unusual though - could be a clue there if its regular.
progress was slow but steady for me - the first few months while i was ramping up doses there were some improvements but also some flares so harder to know where you are - more progress came after i reached max doses - so for me at least it seemed like i needed to get the doses up and get my body past the initial flares to make good progress.
ref - LDN - its an interesting drug - but a story in itself - there was a thread on here i will try to find a link for
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=4224482 - otherwise there are a few websites -
https://ldnresearchtrust.org/ ref Methylene Blue - its a very old antibiotic - recently shown to have excellent activity against stationary phase bartonella cells in the lab - is being used as an adjust to other herb or abx treatments for bart by several LLMD's eg Dr MR
best source of info is probably "Methylene Blue for Bartonella" group on Facebook - though i am not a fan of Facebook
there is also a decent thread on it here which i have contributed to
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=4187069 i do know what you mean by a full time job!!
- that is my life at the moment - but i am moving forward and grateful for that
keep up the good work!
