Garzie,
I had read that ramping up slow was recommended (maybe I read one of your earlier posts). But Infuserve filled the Rx as 50mg capsules, which will be harder to divide. Maybe I could take only one dose in the am for a few days before going back to the prescribed one 50mg capsule twice a day. Your thoughts are welcome.
I also added Serrapeptase that I had on-hand, but plan to order lumbrokinase before I run out.
yes - i would try that - the herx and fatigue for me were quite profound - and i had to go in stages of approx 10mg increments
i make the capsules myself so can dose as needed - as described earlier in this thread
you can also try every other day dosing 50mg to further reduce the dose if needed - as this seems to be effective for reducing herx during ramp up.
i would also wait until MB dose is at target and symptoms stable before adding fibrinolytic agents - they are known to significantly / drastically increase potency of antimicrobials and cause additional herx - sometimes dramatically
especially lumbrokinase - which i found to be 8x as strong as bromelain ( bromelain and serrapeptase similar potency i think )
i would be cautious of making the mistake of thinking these things are mild over the counter supplements - if you have Lyme etc and are taking antimicrobials concurrently,
in my view its better to take an extra week adding one thing at a time than have a major flare of symptoms and have to hold off everything for weeks. you will also get a better understanding of which thing does what in your particular case.
