"Updated" Covid vaccine advice please

Hi, please advice me on my decision to get the "Updated" Covid vaccine booster. I got my 1st booster on Dec Pf, and 2 weeks after that I started to have recurrent Genital Herpes, every 2 weeks and then once a month. So far this year, I have had it 10 times (I get really sick for 3 days and then 2 or more for recovery)... Tried antivirals for a while with no success. I have been living with the HSV-2 virus for 27 years with an average of 4 or 5 episodes during the year.
I am sick a lot, because of it, or Lyme, Epstein Bar, CMV, and have tried many things to boost my immune system without real success. Whenever I have good days and I can function normally, I am really happy, but it just last a couple of days.
I live alone, love to walk, lately doing earthing (walking barefoot on grass), I may have to travel to Guatemala in the next couple of months for my daughter's weeding and that is why I thought I should get the updated booster, and because I am afraid of getting Covid and being a Long Hauler, meaning that my life could not get worst than what it is now. I know it has been 9 months since my booster, but I am unsure of getting it because it can mess up more my immune system...

I go back and forth on these darn vaccines.
I did get my third vax just prior to going to Hawaii last May.
I believe it was necessary to board the plane.

Now “they” are suggesting another one.
I’m going back and forth on it.

adding more spiked proteins may not give you the desire effect on your reactivated viruses ...? do you have excess fatigue as well? have you tried pushing lomatium until rash appears for hsv etc?

Thanks blue lyme, yes I have fatigue/no stamina and foggyness, no I have not tried lomatium, I have tried oregano and also lysine which I could not tolerate.

oregano is hard to tolerate. titre up the lomatium tincture if you try and i heard high dose Nac can be helpful however functional docs in denver ar saying 6-8 weeks of ivermectin are needed for immune system to comeback online after vax or positive case ...i am seeing the lots of the fatigue presenting as reactivated simian viruses (ebv)(hh2)(cmv)

This is my experience. I have not had any Covid vaccines.My husband very sick with covid. I took care of him and did not get sick. I took Silver, quercetin, vitamin C, vit D, colostrum, did juicing, took walks. I do have Lyme. Later on when I did get Covid, my natural doctor treated me with herbs and I got well.
