Does anyone have the Horowitz quadruple DAPSONE protocol?

note -
1, there are significant risk of serious adverse side effects with this protocol
2, dapsone is contra indicated in persons with G6PD deficiency
3, Horowitz only tries this on people who have failed multiple other combination antibiotic protocols over several years
4, he also only tries this after people have failed the double dose dapsone protocol first
5, as i understand it he runs safety labs including daily oxygen saturation, weekly LFT, CBC maybe others

i am pretty competent, reasonably knowledgeable and have pretty high risk tolerance when it comes to self treating - but due to the risk involved i would be very wary of trying this on a self medication basis

i understand but individua reactions to rifabutin are no indication of individual reactions to dapsone as they are entirely different classes of drugs and reactions to dapsone may be mediated via differences in individuals genetics or immune systems.

by reactions - i don't mean from herx - ( though that can be severe also ) but from the other rather aggressive effects dapsone can have - some of which can be sudden and life threatening - so please do read up on those

for this reason i would defo take a staged approach to this - single dose for a pulse or so - double dose for a pulse or so - using oxygen saturation monitoring and safety labs with LFT - then if all those look clear perhaps progress to higher doses.

that's is how horowitz is using it - and he is pretty aggressive with abx.
as far as i know - no LLMD is jumping straight into high dose pulsed dapsone with thier patients - for the reasons stated.

I appreciate the words of caution. Yes I have been researching possible side effect and will be taking MB and methylfolate to counteract any effects. Will check blood O2 levels. My iron, RBC and B12 are high so my body is at a good starting place. I also take NAC and 1 cup of sulphoraphane brocolli sprouts every day which coincidentally horowitz says (the pills which are much weaker) counteract the pathway issues while on Dapsone. Half life is short so easy to get off and stop if I have a reaction which I've never had with any drugs or herbs.

The Leucovorin is a form of folate. I think it was 5 mg tablets
