sure. since I have been suffering from it so long I have researched a lot and tried more home remedies that I can count. Forgive my very opinionated method, but I really have tried everything I could find.
A long while ago I discovered that frequent hair removal and showers are a must for managing the MD pain and lesions. Personally I use nair everywhere except on the top of my head and in ultra sensitive locations. I also shave regularly. I now use dial/dove antibacterial soap along with acne face and body scrubs. But the absolute game changer I only found 6 months ago, Bentonite Clay. i make a thick paste and cover myself in it. I leave it on as long as I can tolerate, usually an hour, then apply coconut oil on top of it. It is simply shocking what comes out of my skin. I massage the oil into the dried clay in the shower stall and scrub away what doesn't come out with a stiff bristle brush.
For me, the less I do to the morgellons the more painful it is. But I have an extremely high pain threshold and would encourage anyone new to a morgellons regime to steadily work up to daily care. Once the gunk cleans out from the lesions they no longer bleed.
This is no cure, but I have heard sufferers say it's best to leave it alone. I couldn't disagree more. The fibers respond like hair to treatment and should be removed constantly. The clay and oil, over time, changes the fibers from splinter like hair to malleable debris.
