My heart is significantly better on some antibiotics, like Penicillin
Having done quite some research on Streptococcus and Rheumatic Fever, it's a pretty good indication you went through untreated / improperly treated strep infection which turned into chronic, untreatable (well, you can and absolutely have to treat, but it's not going to be a cure, just life extension) autoimmune disease. You can either get Penicillin V injections once per month or play with various oral antibiotics in pulsed manner. Basically that ****** Strep shares some similarities with certain human cells and once your immune system tries to fight it, it also destroys some of it's own tissues - for example heart. Penicillin V is the most effective treatment for Streptococcus but that's during first days, maybe up to 2 weeks of infection. After that you might develop a chronic disease which could turn into Rheumatic Fever Disease.
It's not like Bartonella or Babesia are really hit with Penicillin. If you feel better with that abx, it gives a confidence boost that the root cause might be chronic Staph infection / RF. Not saying it is RF only though. According to some estimates, about
30-40% of one european nation's populace has Lyme antibodies. Yet they haven't reported any issues or symptoms. I tend to believe one can live through their entire life having had Borrelia/Bartonella/Babesia exposure, until something overwhelms your immune system (stress, accident, surgery etc.), or, you develop autoimmune disease - for example due to untreated/mistreated Staph infection. Then you get to deal not only with chronic RF but also Lyme & Co, which means.. well, you know how you feel.

but the long Qt antibiotics, even added gradually, made me bed ridden. I mean it's all I could do to get to the restroom.
What were the sympoms you were experiencing with Qt antibiotics / macrolides?

rushed into the ER for RBBB
Right Bundle Branch Block? I've developed that 2 weeks post Scarlet Fever (also Strep-caused infection). And not only that - also Left Anterior Hemiblock (LAH). I'm left with just one pathway left to keep my heart going.
Strep and Lyme are probably the most underestimated infections. If they get treated early (for which you need proper diagnosis) you're most likely to be perfectly fine long term.
EDIT: One way to figure out if it's Strep, you can try oil of oregano. You will have some reactions to it if you got Bart eating up your heart valves but with strep, carvacrol will cause leakage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from Strep infected cells which is going to cause a major heart-herx (palpitations, tachycardia, POTS, chest pain). I'd recommend to stop taking oregano right away if you experience a slight increase in heart symptoms.
"Carvacrol exhibits rapid bactericidal activity against Streptococcus pyogenes through cell membrane damage" :
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/pmc7811018/EDIT #2: I wouldn't worry about
RBBB alone. The risk of CVD, CHF, SCD is <1%. In case of RBBB + LAFD / LAH combined, within 10 year trial on approx 1600 patients, 900 died, the other half developed congestive heart failure or atrial fibrillation. As long as you hit Strep + Lyme & Co, with RBBB alone you should hit at least 100 years
I'm not going to be as lucky as you are!
