Hydrogen water is anti-microbial, anti-biofilm, anti-inflammatory, and a detox agent. A naturopath treating me for fluoroquinolone toxicity told me of the benefits, I was skeptical since I'd never heard of it before. I drank eight ounces the first time thinking that it was a gimmick, I regretted it a minute later when I got hit by joint pain, muscle aches, and brain fog. This stuff is almost as potent as IV glutathione, and for the cost of one infusion you'll have a generator you can use at home whenever you want.

The herx was mild, there was brief joint pain, and the brain fog lingered for about two days. Most of that reaction was my blocked detox pathways, the average person would get more benefit.

There are dozens of published studies, it's been flying under the radar. I was desperate and grabbed one from hydrogen4health.com without much research, with time you could get much better prices doing a group buy off Alibaba - half the cost of a reseller.

I'm a floxie and have intolerances to a lot of supplements like NAC and especially glutathione, they will cause inflammation because of my broken pathways. Hydrogen works chemically, it doesn't depend on any conversion by the body, this makes it ideal when nothing else is working.

I noticed a bit of a very mild “herx” the first day or two. I then was using it daily for about a week until I had a huge bout of enthesitis and stopped. No idea if the hydrogen water did it or if I would have gotten it anyway, probably the latter, but it was the only thing I was trying at the time so now I’m too scared to start it back up. Those enthesitis flares are too scary to risk

You need to use hydrogen water consistently for several months at least to know if it’s doing anything, so unfortunately I didn’t learn anything from my experiment Rainy.

But I mentioned it to a friend in the mercury toxicity group who uses high dose vitamins C, glutathione and OSR daily as antioxidants and he did an experiment. Got some molecule hydrogen water and measured his oxidative stress with the acetoacetate/BHB ratio (you can get urine test strips to do a rough measurement apparently), and he claims the molecular hydrogen did drop his oxidative stress measurements. I’m curious now actually how the drop compared to the other antioxidants he uses

I think if I didn’t have this enthesitis issue which I’ve no idea what is triggering it and what isn’t I’d be using it still

I bought the Mercola H2 tablets after seeing this post. It noticeably helps my inflammation. I have been swollen all over for a few days and it gave me some relief after drinking it. The benefits of H2 are more noticeable and immediate than what I get with Alka-Seltzer Gold. I am guessing the H2 has a more alkalinizing effect.

This stuff is super energizing. I am really impressed. I may now actually get a hydrogen generator that both allows you to breath H2 gas and make h2 water.

When I'm going to treat a lot less, I still think H2 Elite is something that I will take once each week or every second week. When not taking it that often it doesn’t become that expensive.
