Full Moon is coming this Saturday. Yesterday, I had urgent, loose BMs immediately after lunch, after not having that for quite a while. No reason that I can figure.

Went to bed last night and slept a few hours. Woke up and never went back to sleep. This rarely happens to me.

Today, I felt slightly queasy at lunchtime. Also have been easily chilled yesterday and today.

I looked back at my notes and something similar happened about 5-6 days before Full Moon last month.

I know Full Moon posts were common here in the past, but I am curious if any current members are noticing some odd things the last day or two and suspect it may coincide with Full Moon. Look forward to hearing your experience.

Yesterday and today I felt like my legs were knocked out from underneath me, sleep hasn’t been great the last few nights, brain fog, fatigue and the package deal, though I must be dealing with a herx 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ll be taking an long epson salt soak this evening..

We notice this especially in my daughter - - she has a lot of sleeping difficulties for about 3 days surrounding the full moon. Always has.

Yes, every full moon like clockwork. It starts ~2 days before and ends about 2 days after. This one and last month's have been especially tough.

Can’t sleep either. First time in awhile that I got out of bed at midnight and came downstairs to have coffee. Sleep wasn’t happening…damn moon lol.

I’ve noticed I’m quite irritable and short tempered. My food sensitivities seem worse also, not sure if this is a full moon thing or not but it sure seems like it.

Overcast here, I had no idea there was a full moon over it.

Huge change of a weather pattern in the north land. It snowed not too far away and it’s in the forecast today but it’s not happening yet! I am not ready for it. It was 50s and one 60° a week ago which was our “Indian summer” I guess… that was awesome and I guess our last hurrah! The week before Halloween is traditionally when it happens around here. I went camping this weekend four years ago , the first day it was 50, three days later when I left it was 27 F and snowing.

Since it turned cold, I haven’t been sleeping so good and my brain is spinning around in circles last couple of days, which is usual for me when I get overwhelmed. The change of seasons into winter is always overwhelming for me. You never know exactly what day it’s gonna happen, but I always have too much to do that wasn’t finished during the summer. I envy people who are always on top of everything. I try to enjoy the few nice fall days There are when I actually should be working on projects. Oh well, you only live once.

Maybe I should play the lottery, if I won, I wouldn’t have to fix, maintain stuff, do yardwork, etc.! (I’m sure everyone here on a budget can relate to that. ) 🤔

I finally broke out the fleece earflap visored ball cap. I remember George the handyman on the Newhart show always wore those in the late 70s early 80s TV show. His were the traditional red plaid I think. They are hard to find but I tell you they are awesome when it’s cold out versus a pulled over stocking cap.

It’s going some better for me, but can’t plan much because I might be feeling good and 2 minutes later I’m feeling rough

I woke up with a headache and stiff neck this morning. This has happened several times over the past 7-10 days. It could be from getting cold while asleep and clenching my teeth. Teeth clenching is also a common symptom of parasites, too. I had a slightly softer than usual BM this morning. My gut and head often correlate symptomatically.

Guess I never attributed feeling rough from a full moon. Didn’t really give it much thought.

I didn’t feel so great last Thursday though. Tested negative for covid, and then again negative Saturday. Wasn’t sleeping so great.

Then last night, I slept awesome. It was off and on full moon in between the snow flurries.

I seldom feel absolutely awesome for a whole week at a time so I don’t know really what to think of “full moon syndrome”. (or if you liked Tom Petty , “Full Moon fever”).
