is this paper already posted? it's a recent paper (published in july 2023), but i think it's a summary of other studies?

you can download the paper and look into the appendix

Yes, but isn't it great? Worth seeing again. I love scrolling through the charts. It's so reassuring and important to see how many options we have for treatment.

I want to show the summary of this study to my doctor because it's a good list of herbs for treating lyme.
I have a visit tomorrow and my doctor uses muscle tests for the supplements and herbs i have to take.
But i don't understand the numbers in the summary of this study.
What means 1,2,3? It goes until 35...
Is 1 the most effective? Is that the right way to interpretate?
Does anyone know what the numbers actually mean?

The numbers refer to the citations, if I recall correctly. Each number corresponds to a study listed at the end, in the reference appendix. This is helpful so you can read the full study if you want to. So if something has "2, 24, 11" after it, then that means studies number 2, 24, and 11 tested that substance and found it to be effective. The numbers don't indicate how effective the tested substance is.
