Igenex

I e-mailed them with a question - no response. I also requested a test kit through their site - no response... Is this normal? I am assuming a call is best. Test kits are free, right? What else do I need to know. I just want the basic WB through them. Anyone know the cost? Is mdlabs better?

I have not been pleased with Igenex. They charged me 1,700 for my test and it took them 3 weeks to finally get the test back to my dr. And then they came back incomplete.
They also did the same thing with my daughters test. Costing me 1,700 and the test were all in complete.
I am still trying to get all of the results back from the lab.
When you call you usually get an answering machine. And when you do get through. It takes for ever and I always got such a huge run around.
My Dr. from the clinic is trying to get the results again..to be faxed for me and my daughter.
The lyme came back but all of the co -infection test came back blank,
After spending close to 4,000 cash and waiting over 5 weeks we still do not have our answers.

I just did the whole Igenex testing also but I got the test kit from my doctor. It does take about three weeks for the results. I haven't had a problem with them either. I think everything I had done including WB and the entire co infection panel was a little over 900.00 which we will submit to our insurance. The do send a detailed statement for the insurance companies.
