Ginger tea may help. Put 2 cups of water with 1/2 to 1 inch of fresh ginger root (peeled) into a pan, bring to a boil. Once it boils, cover & simmer for 10 minutes, then cool the tea at least down to room temperature. Sip the cooled tea as needed (store in covered container in the refrigerator up to 2 days). May add honey, agave nectar, or other sweetener as needed (if you are not following the anti-yeast diet).
Another idea is to make sure to take it with a meal. Most prescriptions can irritate the stomach when taken without food.
