I just got the Nutribiotic GSE. How many drops should I start out with?

start SLOW..... it packs a powerful punch! Maybe just 2-3 drops? I take 12-15 drops now, but I worked up to that.

How is your bronchitis?

How fast did you up the dosage? Should I do it like once a week add a couple more drops?

hmm..... see how you do. if you start slow, like 2-3 drops, and you don't feel much after a a few days, i would increase it by a drop. keep doing that. i just wouldn't start out with 10 drops or anything. i think i started with 5 drops and had a bad herx/dieoff (maybe yeast/maybe lyme/maybe something else- who really knows). let me know what happens.

I took 2 drops last night and I'm definitely not feeling well today, so I assume it's doing something. I think I'm going to get the gelcaps to put the drops in because I felt the burn in my throat for most of the night.

Does the GSE replace the antibiotics or are you taking it with them?? D

You can take them with antibiotics. I read that there are rarely any interactions.

It is a natural antifungal and antibiotic. There has been mention that it can be used as a cyst buster. also great for yeast.

did you put the drops in a lot of water?

I put it in water last night and really tasted it, but I put it in orange juice tonight and I didn't taste it at all.

Do you take it more than once a day? So far I'm only doing 2 drops.

I started out with 15 drops of the Nutribiotics GSE put into a gelatin capsule. I think the size of my capsules were "O". I quickly worked my way up to 20 drops 2X per day. However i'm a 175LB male so my dosing may be higher than a lower weight female. I never went higher than 20 but think one could easily do more. I did a higher dose from the get-go because this was following 2 years of aggressive abx treatment so there wasn't much bacteria left at the time.

You can get away with putting drops 2-3 drops in water but it will be the most disgusting bitter drink ever if you try to put 15 drops in water or OJ.

I put 15 drops in water, but I add lemon to it. I actually really like it.

I've taken Citricidin ~ a dry form of GSE -- http://www.thorne.com/media/SF746.pdf
It doesn't taste nearly as nasty as the liquid GSE, and comes in small capsules all ready to go.
