I bought a portable one about
a week ago and have used it a couple of times a day. I am in love!!! It is like a wonderful warm cocoon that seems to perk me up and make me feel better and better. My daughter's Lyme is way worse than mine at this point and she tried it. She had a herx reaction after using it the very first time. She was kind of mad about
that but it is really a good thing. Wish I had bought one months ago. It is amazing!!!

What kind did you get? How much$$$. And, where did you set it up?
Thank you.
PS - I'm considering getting one.

I ordered mine off of ebay. It was about
$170. This is the one I got:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Brand-New-Extra-Large-Infrared-Sauna-FIR-Spa-Detox-Ion_W0QQitemZ250341754706QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item250341754706&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A2|294%3A50
It folds pretty flat and can fit under a bed when not in use. I ordered it on a Saturday night and it was here by Wednesday. There are several on Ebay. This one had an 850 watt heater rather than a 650. Don't know if more is better, but that is what I went by. I find myself actually craving to be in it. This one also has different heat setting levels. Not all of them did.

They claim it is cleanable. It comes with a manual that tells you what you can use to clean the outside and the inside. I like the fact your head sticks out. Breathing the normal room air instead of hot air like in a regular sauna is so much nicer to me.
