I battle chills when my energy level is low from Lyme. My general tolerance to cold is very very low, the cold is downright painfull. I wento Florida to get away from it all about
2 years ago and it was in the upper 80's I was the only one on the beach with a sweatshirt and jeans and I felt like a wierdo. Everytime the wind would blow a slight bit I would get really cold. I know what you are going thru!! Often in the morning I have to turn the heat up to about
75 and stay under the blankets. Pain medication in general helps to cut back on my cold sensitivity and helps me with energy I have no idea why.
Treat the energy crisis in your body and you will treat the cold sensitivity.
