Pulling Sensation Under Ribs?

I've been having a pulling sensation under my left ribs for a couple days now and can't figure out where it's coming from. I'm just curious as to whether it's Lyme related or not?

Rib soreness is on the Lyme symptoms list that Ticker often posts.

I completely forgot I had this symptom before I read the first thread posted above. With so many symptoms, I guess it's easy to lose track.
