positive for mono?

Since I haven't been feeling well my primary ran all kinds of "other" labs and found me positive for mono and thinks this is adding to me not feeling well. Anyone else test positive for this? If I remember correctly I also tested positive for this a couple years ago too when I was searching for answers before I found my Lyme diagnosis. Just curious. Also pancreas levels still elevated and potassium low and some other things.... she is doing some research and getting back to me and wants to retest me in four months (I am also supposed to go see a rheum in a couple of weeks to see if there is any auto immune that has added to my list of problems).
