ANY ADVICE: DOXYCYCLINE WITH MEPRON

Hi there, My Dr. has me on Zithromax, Mepron and Doxycycline for Lyme and Babesia but, I have ready that the Doxy can make the Mepron less effective. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, what else should I be taking?  Any input would be greatly appreciated!
