Zhang or Cowden Protocol?

I have not read those books, but I do know that what's in Zhang's HH caps is supposed to be Houttuynia. I didn't use Zhang's, my Acu doc got me the whole leaf that I had to make into a medicinal tea every day, but it sure did stop my burning feet and a bunch of the other symptoms of Bartonella! I don't know if I have gotten rid of the Bartonella as of yet, but any left over symptoms are something that I can live with now.
