Did you also recover your ability to engage in athletic type things? I, of course, don't mean are you considering an olympics tryout, but do you now have the energy to exercise regularly, and not just walking but jogging, weightlifting, church softball team, play tennis, whatever else within reason...
I don't know if I have active lyme still or not but regardless of that part, I'm in such bad shape I can't do a whole lot and will literally have to start my own reintroduction to exercise by walking. Which, I've actually done this before(built myself back up), before I knew lyme was my problem, but I've fallen into even worse(by far) shape this time and I'm curious what kind of experiences with recovering your athletic ability(and indeed, physical tolerance for exercise, as well) others have had.
Or, on the other hand, has anyone here gotten better enough to say that life is reclaimed yet at the same time, found that they are still pretty much relegated to walking for exercise regardless of how young you still are, healthy you look/feel; and irritated(or worse) by attempts to do more than low intensity exercise?
