Help - which meds best for lyme (mostly cognitive function)

I am allergic to amoxicillan and Doxy makes me so nautious(sp?) Is ceftin just as good?  Is it possible to get rid of lyme without using IV treatment (cannot afford it) when it has been misdiagnosed for so many years.  What meds would work?  If you could tell me what you guys take - I have word finding difficulty and organizing my thoughts.  I forget what was just said or to do in a split second.  What is worse I am in the middle of talking and stop and don't know what I am talking about  - people look at me like I am an idiot <sigh>

Borrascanno's protocal recommends minocycline for Lyme. Your cognative issues will get better with treatment.

I hear you Cindy. I got so bad that I just could not handle talking to a group of moms. They were just changing subject too fast. And by the time I got something out..it was too late. Or I couldnt get the words out.
I am sure now that I am finally well....and going to be around next year of my kids school year...that many of the moms think that I am a pot head or something. The ones that do not know me. But just saw me in a sor of daze.
I had to come clean to many, teachers and let them know how sick I was and to call my cell phone and remind me of things...like if school got our early or a certain dress day.
Some days I swear..I took my kids to school in my pjs...and once I hit the cop car sitting in front of the school.
I told them too...I was not well and even gave one of the cops the book "cure unknown"
They saw my decline in the 7 years. The thing that I did not look sick, had most people perplexed.
And when I tried to so something with the other school moms...like a fund raiser. I would show up...but man I just wanted to die..and would run home and get back into bed.
I would strongly suggest that you look up my vit and supp. list and get on what you can asap.
You have to boost up you immube system to get your body stronge. Think of your body as a tomato plant. I have my Lilly caring for one. She sees how proper care brings in a lot of fruit.
But if it is not in good soil...and not watered a ton, it does not do well at all.
