Numbness

I thinking about how numb I get and have gotten and was wondering if others experienced the numbness. 

Back in January before I was diagnosed with lyme I had an exprerience where my body went numb.  It was like I was outside of myself, and with the numbness my heart was palpating really fast.  I ended up in the ER and they had to give me something to slow my heart rate down. 

Prior to that episode I would get numbness inside my mouth in my cheek, my forehead, tip of my tongue.

After that episode I had several other instances where I went numb and my heart raced.  Also I started to feel numbness on and off in my leg, arms and skin. 

I know lyme is different for everyone, but please share your experience with numbness.  I'm just curious if anyone else has had a similar episode like me.

Did your heart race with the numbness before the meds?

my ring finger on my left hand went numb about 6 months ago. at first it would last for a day or two then would be fine. this happened for a few weeks.

then it went numb and stayed this way for months. both my PCP and Neuro do not know why or what is causing this. my PCP gave me a script for a B complex med and it helped me somewhat. but it is numb right now to the point i have forgot about it till i need to feel something with it.

A part of my stomach, on the right side, right above my belly button went numb a few months ago. It stayed that way for about a week. Now the top of my left foot, on the left outer part is numb. It feels really weird when it happens for sure.
