Question about Babesia treatments

I recently realized I must have Babesia in addition to Bartonella, because now that I'm taking drugs that treat Bart but not Babs, I'm getting a lot of Babs symptoms (very intensely).

I don't know anything about Babesia. I thought I had only Bartonella until recently.

I'm taking Rifampin and minocycline for Bartonella and really love this combo and want to stay on it.

Are any of you taking Babs treatments on top of Rifampin? Do you know of drugs that can keep Babesia under control while I'm treating the Bart? I don't necessarily need to treat it - just to keep it from overrunning my body as seems to be going on.

I ordered some artemisinin too and should get it in a few days.

I'll talk to my doctor in two days but just wanted to gather some background info.
