Bull's Eye rash without the flu like symptoms

Anyone have a bull's eye rash without the flu like symptoms at the same time.  Did you get the flu like symptoms later, and how much later?  The reason I ask is because my son had the rash when he was 1, but not the flu like symptoms at the same time.  I think that's why the doctor said not LD.  I seem to remember that he got sick weeks later.  Just wondering.

I agree with James - I'm not sure if all of this is related to my LD, but I recall one February (many years prior to Lyme) when I ran a fever for the entire month. It was bad... and it was my only symptom. I was bitten by a tick when I was a kid (between 8 and 10 - who knows? maybe I've been caring this around for a while).... but I never had any symptoms or a rash that I remember. But growing up, my bones (hip bones especially) ALWAYS popped... people walking next to me would ask... "what is that noise????".... Umm, it's me and my bones - haha!

When I got ill with LD, all my bones were popping and cracking and my left knee swelled up and I became EXTREMELY depressed.... but it took a while to realize all those symptoms were related.
