Anybody else doing this? I know pcpc said she did them successfully: I would love to hear from her & anybody else who tried it.

Hi there, i am thinking of doing this or Dr. J's program -I am awaiting Dr. J's books so i can decide which is best to try first. If you do decide to start Cowden right away, please keep us updated on your progress! :)
