Not sure where to begin. I feel I'm going crazy mostly the week before my period.
Ok I will tell my experience and please give opinions on what I may need to do to help myself.
I have always been a person who doesn't really have much to say first hour of waking, just want it quiet.
But since the lyme I have these rages if I am woke up in the middle of my sleep needing to take care of
things like yesterday at 3:00 a.m. when the dogs needed to go outside (not common)
I was awaken by them jumping on the front door. I wasn't even sure it was the dogs and was unsure what the noise was.
So I jumped out of bed my heart is pounding so hard, I can barley breathe, but I was furious and ranting and raving,
just cussing up a storm, with no control over anything but intense rage, like I crashed into the wall and started cussing
myself for running into the wall. The whole time I am ranting I dont even realize what is happening until my husband
yells at me what is going on. Then is when I came to realize what I was doing. By then he was mad and I was mad at him
for being mad. Crazy!
This is a week before my period and usually have these rages mostly when waking. Its almost like I can feel my body is going
to have a bad period, with migraines and not being able to walk very well, and almost seems like a bad herx.
I really dont know and cant explain it. What can I do to make this intense waking rage go away?? HELP!! I AM DESPERATE!!
Thank you
Stacy
