Need a pain management doc in MD

Anyone have a good pain management doc in Maryland (Rockville)? MY LLMD referred me to someone who does not understand Lyme pain -- the all over aches combined with specific stuff. He especially doesn't get the flares and herxes. I need someone who understands -- or at least tries- the disease.
