does anyone know of treatment center to deal with this. I'm in over my head with hep c, being on prednisone and 30 yrs of undiagnosed lyme with all the other bells and whistles. I'm on my third day of doxy 50mg 2x a day and the right side of my head is ripping in pain. My family is way not ready for me to move in with any of them to do this.

I dont know of a treatment center, but are you familiar with Dr. Zhang? He treats both Hep C and Lyme. Seems like he would be a good doctor for you seeing how you have both. D

There were two members that went to a treatment center and it helped them both. I "think" it is in Arizona. I could be wrong though. I will have to look up the information. It's pretty expensive but what they do is give you supplements to boost your immune system and they treat you with antibiotics as well. i think it is all done through IV.

CG: It was called Envtia. There was a member here that was going to go there, did you ever hear how they made out here? I cannot remember who it was, someone that went there after Marthasvineyard did. I would be curious to hear how they did there. D

Wasn't one person Snake1979? Or a name real close to that?
Someone on another Lyme board is going there and says it has done real well for her.

Humm. I just called Envita in Scottsdale. $15,000 to $20,000 for treatments ( ball park ish)
But they have to see you first really and all your labs. NO INSURANCE
a place in Pennsylvania is the only one in conneticut NY area that takes insurance and MEDICARE
up to 80% so you are only responsible for 20% but they want it up front.
The doctor there is an Osteopath it's called Havertown. ( I gotta check the name right.)

OOOHHHKAY , I just read one of my other posts. It's Harverford wellness center.
I have to laugh now that I see how laapse my mind is because before I quit working I was always asking my assistant
if she was dislexic. and I later realized that it was her brain that kept things glued together and just made me look like
I was really on top of thing. I must have screamed her name a hunderd times a day to call in my other brain or when I needed a CIVILIZED personality to handle something because I was such a rager. wow.
anyway I'm gonna keep looking for places.

I am not far from this treatment center. I've never heard of it though. It states on it's page...
"In our experience, we consistently cure 88% of our patients within 2 months."
This is one of those things that makes me say if it seems to good to be true it probably is"?? I dunno???? If you were feeling better, but definitely not great with the LLMD you were seeing, but you were only 45 minutes from this wellness center, would switch it all up and try it?

Dowa,
YES! That's the name. I couldn't, for the life of me, remember it. If I had the money, I seriously think I would go. Martha's Vineyard got better going there and there was someone else.....My gosh, I don't remember, lol. I think they are on track by boosting the immune system. I just wish it didn't cost so much.

The other member going there is KeepHope. I will start a new thread to her so that you can talk to her.
