Infrared sauna, Help?

Hi..I just joined and I am looking for knowledge, advise, input and support. I have Fibro and Chronic Lymes..does anyone know if the infrared sauna adds any relief.

Welcome to the forum! You've definitely come to the right place as there are very knowledgeable and supportive members here. In my experience with infrared saunas, I can say that it did help me very much. It eased many of my symptoms, especially when I was herxing. If you are interested in purchasing one, there is a really inexpensive portable one on ebay. I'm not sure what you're looking for, but let me know if you need the link. A few of us here have one and use it regularly.

Thanks Chantel..I spent some time researching..it appears the carbon based is better than the ceramic heaters. My husband does wood working and we might just build one. More research and plans will need to be found.
I will be asking more questions about the lymes, and if anyone has chronic lymes with fibro what has helped them.

I have one of the portable infra red saunas off of ebay and it helps a lot. Feel much better when I use it regularly. You can get one for under $200.
