Anyone have one blurry puffy eye over and over again?

I can't figure out if this is the lyme, sugar, allergy or what.  over the past few years, it would just come out of nowhere, extremely bloodshot and sore.  Lately, I can't get it to go away.  Very blurry all the time and weepy sometimes in morning.  Not pink eye cause bloodshot comes and goes, can be fine one minute, get extremely puffy and bloodshot and clear up in an hour.  I am worried about my sugar but maybe just the lyme???

I've had that trouble with both eyes. I put it down to viruses that my body was having trouble fighting because of being on abx.
