I really think this is INSULINOMA, a very small tumor in the pancreas, which is usually benign but is so hard to find.
I was tested for this because of hypoglycemia through the 72-hour fasting. When the INSULIN and C-PEPTIDE are HIGH when the blood sugar is extracted at 45 mg/dl or below, it would be enough to diagnose insulinoma. The challenge is just finding the tumor even with various scans.
Lyme can cause hypoglycemia because of the body pains and digestion problems.
