Pancreas problems anyone????

Hi. I have had sever hypoglycemia, I think, for years now. I just had tests done and my Insulin and C peptide scores were really high. the docotr want to do a cat scan of my pancreas.--- What the heck is going on??? Do any of you have problems like this??-- Did years of LD damage my pancreas???

I really think this is INSULINOMA, a very small tumor in the pancreas, which is usually benign but is so hard to find.

I was tested for this because of hypoglycemia through the 72-hour fasting. When the INSULIN and C-PEPTIDE are HIGH when the blood sugar is extracted at 45 mg/dl or below, it would be enough to diagnose insulinoma. The challenge is just finding the tumor even with various scans.

Lyme can cause hypoglycemia because of the body pains and digestion problems.

Probably "just" lyme. i swore I had a pheocytoma which is an adrenal tumor cause I had all the numbers associated with it but turned out to be "just" lyme. It can and will affect every single part of your body. My drs. swore I was postmenopausal but as my body the more antibiotics I take the more regular I get. No one knows enough about lyme.
