Denise beat me to the punch.
As Denise said, it's all in the book. In addition to the above protocol, I would go to his website and read about
the therapies he does in his office. If you can find local places that offer any of these therapies such as, ionic foot baths, ST-8 Lymph Drainage therapy, Infrared Sauna, Massages, biomat therapy, and the Lux Therapy, then it would be good to have these done as well.
Unfortunately, you will probably not find many places that offer all of these therapies which are very helpful to your healing process. The Lux therapy is rare and not easily found, same with the ST-8 Lymph drainage therapy, hard to find locally. All of the other therapies you could probably find in a chiropractor's office or a Wellness Center type place.
You could buy an Infrared Sauna (worth every cent) and you could also buy the ionic foot bath device (very costly). The chiropractor's office offers them for about
$20-30 dollars for 30 minutes.
A good massage is worth every cent, but, as I've found out here in OKC, getting massage therapist who knows what they're doing is hard to find. The massage therapist at the Hansa Center, Melissa, is a real pro and knows her business. She uses essential oils, and after getting a massage from her, you'll feel like you've been to heaven and back. My wife and I are spoiled since we've had massages from her. : )

Here's a list of treatments that would be good to get if you could find a place that provides them http://www.hansacenter.com/treatments.php
Any questions, feel free to ask.

P.S. I took a detox bath this morning and I've really been feeling great today. As Denise often says, detox, detox, detox. It really makes a difference!
