I tested postive 1:320 title for erlichosis. Dr. said to treat with doxy for two months which I did and I must say certain symptoms left and di not come back. What symptoms do you contribute to that?

springsjean- i treated with doxy for 6 weeks and then zithromax for a month but i'm on olive leaf now. You know i don't really consider myself symptomatic for it because in reading the specific symptoms- i don't have many if any- though i have lost weight but my diet has changed radically- my white blood cells are borderline normal so i guess this might be my biggest clue. It's possible that this could be due to using abx though- or just lyme itself.
I just had a friend on another forum tell me the olive leaf helped her very much with this co infection so i'm trying it out before i think about
going back on doxy.
My test came back IGG positive and IGM Negative- (indicating a past infection) which is interesting because i am IGM postive for lyme but not this- so that's why i wonder if it's still active or not, or possibly in stealth mode.
Thanks for your reply! I hope you've been fortunate enough not to have white blood cell involvement.
