SEARCHING FOR DR

I live in Chicago Illinois. Have been treated for lyme but need a new Lyme Literate Doctor. I have seen both Dr. W and Dr. H in Wisconsin Dells, was not happy with either.
Please help me, Dr. M in Wisconsin has too long of a wait list.
Any suggestions.. I am willing to travel for a good and ACCESIBLE doctor.

actually they don't have dr referals on their site.
