Sorry your brain has been slow...I know what you mean. I sure don't like it when that happens. It's kinda nice to be able to think!
When I first began treatment for Lyme my LLMD had me on abx and supplemetns. It was quite complicated as some pills I took only once a day, others twice a day, and still others three times a day. I did make a simple weekly chart in order to keep track of all the pills I was taking.
Looked like this (but spaced out appropriately):
SUN MON TUE WED THUR FRI SAT
AM
Breakfast
Snack
Noon
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
PM
Water ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___
I listed the pills in the chronological order I took them...showing how many and if I needed to take them with food: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack. As I took the pills I checkmarked it. Also I had lines for water to make sure I drank 8 glasses daily.
Separately, I had just a regular monthly calendar where I wrote down day to day symptoms/how I was feeling. This encouraged me and helped me stay the course. As I experienced some good days it inspired me. When I had a really bad day, I realized, too, that it would only be only a matter of time and I'd be feeling better.
After relapsing several times on abx treatment, I started the Jernigan Protocol April 2010. I do not keep a chart now, however I do have a system. I take my remedies and supplements twice a day. With the exception of one, which I take three times a day. I have my remedies and suppliments lined up on a shelf in the chronological order I take them. I have a system where I turn the bottles upside down (on the lid) when I've taken it in the AM, turn them right-side-up in the PM after taking them. As for the dropper bottles I move them backwards/forwards to signfy I've taken them.
I do not keep a detailed chart of how I'm feeling as general I feel pretty good. However, I have noticed about the 10th of the month, give or take a few days, I have an "off" day or two...die off cycle I'm sure.
Hope this information is helpful.
