hello all, the ability to exercise as usual is something i miss more than ANYTHING! for me, the burn of a good hike is the only thing that keeps insomnia in check......
now, on a good day, i walk with two sticks (like the pro K2 climbers )
at home, i have an old elyptic trainer... i can do that for 2 minutes, sometimes twice a day. but not often enough.
yoga, at home, is my usual routine, and it helps.
when i was doing massage therapy, i was always telling clients,"...if you would strengthen up, even just walking 1 mile, you would have less pain...". how i wish i could do that now! every bit helps.
