Interesting...

Wonderful article. I can see a lot of truth in it. We are, most of us, living an unhealthful life that was, in the beginning, through no fault of our own, being brought up in the pattern that our parents set. Later, some of the bad behaviors (smoking, drinking. excessive sweets) are initially a choice, but become addictive for many. I enjoy dairy and meat. It would be hard to give that up, and also, if we follow the government's guidelines on the food pyramid we're doing the right things, but I see the point in this article about foodstuffs and antibiotics (not to mention pesticides), and that medical science hasn't cured anything in years. Young girls are developing their bust lines earlier than ever due to hormones in the cattle. I guess it really is time to stop "listening" to government guidelines. This whole lyme situation with my husband has been a real eye opener to so much of what is wrong with the world and the government.

bucci...I wish we were neighbors. :) Something tells me I could talk to you all day. Between naps, of course! When my brain was working better, I *know* I was completely on the same page with you. And interestingly, it is the direction I may be moving in now...at least I think ;)
