I use homemade kefir. It has a long lists of the probiotics (both Lactobacilli and streptococci/Lactococci), plus beneficial yeasts. I can list them for anyone who would like to see them.
The easiest way to try kefir is to buy a container at certain grocery stores, or from the health food store. The health food stores usually charge close to double the amount that some Walmart's or Kroger's grocery stores charge, but still a good way to see if you would like it. It is very similar to drinkable yogurt, in both taste and consistency, in my opinion.
