It has been cloudy and cool here today. I try to wake up full of ambition, but something in my brain is not firing right. I was blue and crying most of today. I also had burning feet , and a real itchy ankle and shin, and some crawling sensations. Even though my husband is now going through some of this stuff, he has been my rock.I hope everyone else had a better day than me. Lisa
