Quick recap - I had a bunch of varying symptoms after a bite in 2004 and ended up diagnosed in 2008, I went on a weight loss/exercise/diet program in 2009 and up til 4 months ago was feeling great. I am now having new issues and I wonder if anyone else has had simiar:
about 4 months ago I started having a pressure in my head, accompanied by uncommon and not long lasting but regular(ie, it may not happen every day but can be relied upon to occur every 2-3 days) throbbing under both jaws(the lymph node area though I don't know if that's actually what it is). Also accompanying the pressure was a somewhat more common top heavy feeling to my head, and sometimes even a "sick" feeling in the head - which I would describe in two ways : A literal nauseous feeling, except in the head, not the stomach, or basically the sickening feeling you would get if you rubbed two pieces of plastic wrap together - also in the head. It's not painful but it's been distracting for the last 4 months, and I'm wondering if this sounds like a lyme relapse.
I should also mention that I saw a regular doctor who put me on blood pressure medication, which actually took away the "pressure" part, but also increased the other symptoms. Well, not really increased, but I think the blood pressure was masking the other symptoms, meaning they are more common than I could perceive them to be before I started taking the blood pressure meds.
Anyway, anyone see a lyme connection to this?
